I started to subscribe to Instant Ink and changed my mind. Now I cannot clear the screen of the message that says Online Setup Progress, waiting for enrollment confirmation. Help!

Hey @dancertx,
I understand you're you're stuck waiting for an enrollment confirmation screen. Can you please leave the printer on and unplug the power cable for 1 minute. This is how we perform a hard reset. Once complete let me know if you can complete the setup or if the printer returns to this waiting screen. Also, please let me know if you're given any options on the printer; you may be able to cancel out of it from the front panel menu.
Cheers,
Lisa
