On 08/21, I purchased 2year Care Pack for my new printer from HPSTORE.COM. I received Card thanking me for purchase.
I have tried to Register Care Pack by email sending them my Product number and serial number. No confirmation email or update notification. I contacted HPSTORE 09/03 and they told me they would send my info to proper channels at Care Pack Registration. They told me i should receive email confirmation in 24-48 hours. Still nothing. If this is the type of service i should expect from Care Pack, I should get a refund of $21.64 for Care Pack service contract. Very disappoinnted with Care Pack Dept.
