What's more annoying than having the non-hp cartridges blocked is that you can't print anything, even when there is a genuine HP cartridge installed. I need to print something in black and I can't do that because it doesn't print when there are empty HP cartridges installed and it won't recognise non-HP cartridges. This is a complete joke.

the host name is HPB76BFA, version WMP1CN1919BR, status not applicable

I thing that I need other file.

There is no option to Downgrade the Firmware of the printer.
