Hi,
As long as an HP Instant Ink cartridge is installed in your printer you would be fully charged for HP Instant Ink.
If you would like not to be charged you must replace ALL 4 ink cartridges in the printer to standard retail cartridges, then any printed page will not count.
As soon as even one of the cartridges installed in the printer is an HP Instant Ink Cartridge any printed page counts for HP Instant Ink.
