macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I am at the end of my tether ....with my HP OfficeJet 4632

I tried to print a document from MS SharePoint from my iPhone which has wrecked my printer.  It's not the first time this has happened.

So now I have an error code showing OX83C0000A along with NSD_Loader_app which differs slightly from last night's error code - each are accompanied with the On/off pier button flashing.

I've tried unplugging the printer from the wall and leaving it off overnight. I've deleted the printer from my network settings hoping to re-load it (without success), even using the IP address.  When I try to download the firmware etc the printer isn't found. What's going on there?

Though I may not be expressing myself in very tech-savvy talk I'm usually able to fix whatever goes wrong - as I did the last time this happened.

I use a MacBook Air circa 2017 along with an iPad and iPhone for Air printing

Other devices connected via wifi include An HP Windows Pc and desktop.

Does anyone have any tips above and beyond unplugging - restarting wifi - downloading drivers etc.

Many thanks to anyone who may be able to help,

Rebecca
