My HP Officejet 6600  is also not printing magenta or yellow correctly. I've never used anything but certified HP ink in this printer. I've never used a refill type option. I alway buy new certified HP ink. This issue happened suddenly. I've followed all of the instructions given by Rudy1906 from his 8-21-2013 post except that I also don't find a lever/latch on the right side of the cartridges in order to take the print head out. It is still printing everything in blue.
