I enrolled in HP instant ink some time ago and print very little so fear I will spend more in the plan than simply going to the store to purchase when needed. As well, I went to my account and changed my plan from the $5.99/mo. plan to the $2.99/mo. plan and upon doing so received a message that I would be charged the $2.99 monthly fee starting 6/2/2017. I just viewed my credit card bill and saw that I had been charged $5.99 as of 6/2/2017. I see no way on the website or in my account to unenroll..... How do I get out of this?????

Hi,

Please check the following link, question: Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

    http://m.hp.com/us/en/ads/instant-ink/faqs.html

"Yes. There is no obligation or commitment beyond your first month. You may change plans or cancel your service at any time without penalty on your account page at HP Connected. After you sign in at HP Connected click on Services, and then Instant Ink to change or cancel your account. Cancellations and plan downgrade changes are effective after the last day of your current billing cycle. You can choose to make plan upgrade changes effective during the current or next billing cycle. For full details, see HP Instant Ink Terms of Service.
