Product: HP Envy 4500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I enrolled in HP instant ink some time ago and print very little so fear I will spend more in the plan than simply going to the store to purchase when needed. As well, I went to my account and changed my plan from the $5.99/mo. plan to the $2.99/mo. plan and upon doing so received a message that I would be charged the $2.99 monthly fee starting 6/2/2017. I just viewed my credit card bill and saw that I had been charged $5.99 as of 6/2/2017. I see no way on the website or in my account to unenroll..... How do I get out of this?????
