On the printer interface there's a Sign In button on top right of screen, that asks for pin # 's but I never saw anything during setup to set that feature up. And when I tried to input some numbers I just made up, they will not take. There has to be some default PIN numbers that it will take, I hope, can someone help? Is there a reset or what?

Hi @manny555,

Thanks for becoming a member of the HP Support Forums. I understand you are having an issue with the IT sign in button on top right. I would like to assist you today with resolving this issue.

When the software is installed it gives two option home user or Business user.   If you did not read the option, it would have set up as business and ask for a pin. The sign in is so IT person is the only one that can make changes.

The Home user does not need this.  You have a choose as a home user, do not touch the button or call HP Support for help to remove IT setup.
