I inherited an Officejet Pro 6830 All in One that is no longer under warranty. It was sitting in storage for a long time and is now getting an error message.Oxc19a0003. I tried cleaning with isopropyl alcohol but that did not work.
I am trying to figure out what type of tool is needed so I may remove and replace the printhead. I know how, I just can't figure out how to remove the top of the machine. A tiny headed screwdriver? What size? AND once I replace the printhead where do I get new starter ink? I can't find the starter cartridges for sale anywhere. Thanks for any help

Most HP inkjets will be held together with Torx screw of various sizes.
