Do I have to change the cartridge after the printer says that its empty or now that it is having problems in printing colored pictures (not printing the right color) ((as I had read that one cause of this "not printing the right color" is due to low ink levels.))

Hi Roman18,
Good question. Some people change the cartridges as soon as the printer reports they are getting low. But, speaking for myself personally, I replace the cartridges when the print quality starts to suffer (i.e., faded or incorrect colors). I would say you always wants to replace the cartridge before they run completely dry, as that can damage the printer.
