Bonjour,

 

Veuillez vérifier le statut de l'imprimante comme suit:

  1. Sur le clavier, appuyez simultanément sur les touches Windows et R. La fenêtre Exécuter s'ouvre alors.
  2. Tapez explorer.exe shell:::{A8A91A66-3A7D-4424-8D24-04E180695C7A}, puis appuyez sur la touche Entrée. La fenêtre Périphériques et imprimantes s'ouvre alors.
  3. Cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris sur le nom de votre imprimante, puis cliquez sur Afficher les travaux d'impression en cours.
  4. Cliquez sur Imprimante, puis décochez Suspendre l'impression et décochez Utiliser l'imprimante hors connexion.
  5. Essayez de nouveau d'imprimer.

 

N'hésitez pas à nous solliciter en cas de besoin.

  2. Type explorer.exe shell:::{A8A91A66-3A7D-4424-8D24-04E180695C7A} and press Enter. The Devices and Printers window will open.
  3. Right-click your printer name and then click View Current Print Jobs.
  4. Click Printer, then uncheck Suspend printing and uncheck Use printer offline.
  5. Try printing again.
