When I send a document to the printer; it shows in the print queue, but will not print. When I reboot my computer, the document will proceed to print.
The same thing happens each time I send a document to the printer. I have a wireless connection from my laptop to the printer. The blue icon on the printer is lit up showing as connected.
Why is it only working when the computer is rebooted? I have run the HP Support Assistant and it cannot find the printer; although the printer seems to find the computer once I've rebooted the computer.
It's annoying to say the least and I am not very technically minded. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
