I tried multiple solutions given on the HP, Microsoft help sites but can't able to fix this problem

@Japjeet_Singh10 -- is the Bluetooth audio device already "paired" with some other device? 

It may be necessary to "unpair" it, before it can "pair" to your computer.

I tried that also. I unpair it from all the devices which are paired from my earbuds
