Hi @Jamie19781,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are to connect the keyboard and mouse Bluetooth and how to pair the keyboard.

Here’s how to connect your Bluetooth keyboard and mouse to your HP 27" All-in-One PC:

1. Turn on the Keyboard and Mouse:

  • Locate the power switch: Most Bluetooth keyboards and mice have a small power switch on the side or underside. Slide or press this switch to turn it on.
  • Check for pairing mode:
    • Many keyboards and mice enter pairing mode automatically when turned on for the first time.
    • If not, look for a pairing button (often located on the back or underside). Press and hold it for a few seconds until a light blinks, indicating it's in pairing mode.

2. Enable Bluetooth on Your PC:

  • Click on the Start Menu and open Settings.
  • Navigate to Bluetooth & devices (Windows 11) or Devices > Bluetooth & other devices (Windows 10).
  • Toggle Bluetooth to On if it isn’t already.

3. Pair the Keyboard and Mouse:

  1. In the Bluetooth & devices menu, click Add device.
  2. Choose Bluetooth from the list of device types.
  3. Your PC will search for nearby devices. Select your keyboard and mouse when they appear in the list.
  4. Follow on-screen instructions (if any). For keyboards, you might need to type a pairing code displayed on the screen.

4. Confirm Connection:

  • Once paired, the devices should show up as Connected under the Bluetooth devices list.
  • Test them to ensure they are working correctly.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Charge or replace batteries: If the devices don’t turn on, make sure they have fresh batteries or are fully charged.
  • Reset pairing mode: If they don’t appear in the Bluetooth list, try turning them off and back on, then re-entering pairing mode.
  • Driver updates: Ensure your PC’s Bluetooth drivers are up to date. You can do this via the Device Manager.
