Hello!
My printer stopped taking paper entirely. The feeder doesn't even attempt to take a sheet of paper from the tray. When I send a job to the printer, I head several sounds as if the printer is getting ready for the print-job, but my paper doesn't even "move", doesn't therefore even get stuck in the feeder or anything.
Serial number of my printer is ZEVQB8GD6A0025J
I get this message (via OS control panel and printer properties):

The issue is that there is no paper jam at all. Can't find any traces of a paper movement or anything. When I switch my printer on and off the control LED is green again...
Thanks for help

I think that the paper feed wheel is slipping on the paper.Try to clean the paper feed wheel with a soapy cloth and retry to print. If the machine is making a noise as to try and pick up the paper the feed wheel could be worn out.If the machine does not even make an attempt to feed the paper Solenoid clutch can be faulty.Hope this will help.

Just had excatly that same problem. Went online and no-one had the exact answer I needed. I was pretty sure it was a misaligned pickup roller so I found a youtube video with a similar system and bascially took the thing out and put it back (It's hardly been used so it looked brand new when I pulled it out so I didn't even bother cleaning it). Didn't work the first time (must have put it back wrong) but on my second attempt I've now got a working printer again. Anyway the video you need to follow is this one.

I tried all of the above but nothing worked.
I just bought new toners for all colors, and i really needed to print some stuff.
It has even gone so far that i destroyed the printer in an act of rage.
his felt realy good actually after all the frustration the C410 gave me.
Now i just need to buy a new printer, anybody needs Samsung toner?

"paper jam in tray one"
I have removed "empty sensor" and "feed sensor" cleaned them, ensured they are clean using a high power microscope, and re-installed. I have removed and re-installed the feed roller. I have spoofed the empty sensor so the printer thinks the paper tray is installed, and then tried to print. The paper feed does not turn. The technician who postulated a worn rubber feed wheel did not consider it is the work of a minute to do the diagnosis I did. So much for certified technicians.
This all started after a real paper jam, and I also blew $110 on a full new set of toner today. I did manage to print one crucial shipping label bought online, so that was $32 I did not lose. Spent 6 hours messing with the printer and have torn it down and re-assembled a few times.
Conclusions
a) Samsung printers are all discontinued and not worth my time. Just lost $110. I'd give away the toner if I could.
b) HP's support is useless.
c) I could spend $12 on the samsung service manual, but it might be good money after bad.
d) laser is the only way to go but I will stick with monochrome for the rest of my life, and go to a print shop with a USB key when I really need colour. That is the most cost effective and least frustrating choice. All printers from all manufacturers are crap, because they always make then 10 cents too cheap.
e) scrapping my C410w for components.
e) I'll
