Maybe try the reset.
For reset image transfer roller, fuser follow below mentioned procedure: 1.open front door> menu #1934 menu> tech mode>data setup>clear count> password--1934> clear counts,image transfer roller, fuser etc.
Hope this will help but normally it reset when you install the new unit by closing the door.
