Hi,

 

Searching these forums I did not find a definitive answer or a link to a useful website.

 

We have a P Group series 500. We would like people to be able to call directly to our PGS500 with skype. As far as I have read this is not supported, but 'some' say there are services that provide a bridge between the skype and polycom protocol. Searching the internet I did not find anything trustworthy.

 

Do any of you have experience calling in directly with skype, if so, what services did you use?

Hello VIB IT,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Skype is a proprietary protocol utilized by our Partner Microsoft and is not compatible with the Polycom Group Series.

 

The Group Series does support Microsoft LYNC.
