Looks like a ton of people are having the same problem of HP Smart app constantly requiring us to log in. This is a recent problem and it looks like it's the same across multiple operating systems. Maybe you guys should read these posts instead of blowing people off and claiming they made no report! Personally, I'm having this issue on macOS Big Sur, but I see it's on Androids and MS machines as well. Just fix the issue and stop being vague and unresponsive with clients!

Same here.
HP keeps logging me out. Not sure why but obviously HP support don't have a fix.
If you watching HP please update /fix the issue.
Your constantly try to sell me ink yet you don't respond resolve this basic question

- I am.in Denmark and still HP refuses to acknowledge that there is a problem.
The technicians who mpnitor the systems only see that you can log in without error, therefore no error, and i have been informed by HP support that the technicians are not interested in these forums unfortunately.
This will probably get removed again as it it deemed negative and in bad standing.
Personal opinions are not allowed in here, but this is the true facts direct from HP Support in Denmark.I

I have this same problem. The HP Smart App consistently logs me out on MacOS about every 24 hours or so. Very annoying to be constantly logging back in whenever I want to use the app. Your developers need to correct this ASAP!

Hello. Same here... It's been over a year with that issue. On all the platforms! On MacBook, on Windows 10 & 11 or even phone android app. Region Isle of Man (UK). No one in my family will buy next HP printer for sure 😐
