Why does the HP Smart App keep logging me out.
Every 24 hours i have to log in again to be able to print. 
Very annoying. Have tried deleting cache, uninstalling, re-adding printer,  nothing helps. 
What do you suggest, other than buying another printer from another brand.

The entire process of HP smart has been terrible ever since it became web based rather than installed locally.  Wish they would sort it - it is now slow and cumbersome.

I started having a new problem last night. When I sent a print it would go to private pickup every time even though private pickup was turned off. I finally had to uninstall the HP smart app and reinstall it. My printer is a OfficeJet Pro 8020 Series running on windows 11
