Product: HP Pavilion x360 15 Convertible PC 15-er1000 (4R5X0AV)

Hello;

i recently bought this Convertible. But after every start of the system the fans started to spin relativley fast when im only using office programmst like Word etc... But in the HP command center i even after a fresh installation of it from the microsoftstore the thermal profiles are still missing. i also cant select a diffrent powersavingplan ecxept Balanced. I dont know what to do to controll these fans.
