Hi there I am wanting to upgrade the RAM on my HP and wondered which RAM do I buy and will this speed things up? Many thanks Julie

That's perfect.
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.

Since your notebook has a Celeron N3060 processor, it has one memory slot.
So in order to upgrade the memory, you would have to remove the existing memory module, and install an 8 GB memory module.
This site has compatible memory for your notebook, or you can use the specs listed and get the memory elsewhere.

You may want to consider replacing the mechanical hard drive with a better performing, normally more reliable 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).
