 Hello, I have a problem with my Office jet Pro 7740 HP printer, where the lines appear distorted and not sharp. Please help me

I understand the print quality is not satisfactory.

  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your computer.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Check if the printer is aligned. Follow the steps from this document. 

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Fixing Poor Print Quality
