Hello Customer Service Manager

I recently noticed noticed that the bottom of my HP laptop is cracking open and it has a bulge.  About 2/3 of the bottom panel bulges and I cannot close the lid at all.

Even though it has not affected everyday usage, I am concerned that the crack will grow all over the entire laptop bottom and the laptop will malfunction. I literally seldom take my laptop off my desk since most of the time I work from home and I don't even open the lid for use of the laptop.

I noticed there is similar issue with this model, and wondering How HP can help to have this fixed.

As I bought this laptop 3 years ago in 2019 from a local Costco store, I don't have a warranty anymore. How much will it cost to fix it? This seems to be a manufacturing issue so HP should fix this for free.

Thank you in advance.
