Scanning Issue

HP Recommended
T830
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Hello,

Having an issue with Designjet T830.

- Scan-to-Network-Folder option was set up but but after scanning shows no error code but displaying general error when     scanning

-Scan to USB option is working properly

-Scan to Computer option can scan small sized file but cancels scanning for files with the dimension of 20*30.

Already uninstalled and installed back the software. Not having an issue with printing. Communication between PC and Printer is ok. Network settings are set up properly. Scanning to computer worked fine for almost 2 months then suddenly cancels scanning for large files
