Unable to print Microsoft Publisher 2016 documents - Windows 10

HP Recommended

I have the same issue with an HP PageWide Pro 750dw. Issue started right after the most recent. Windows 10 update.

My HP Officejet Pro x576 is not impacted, nor any of my other 7 printers.

Welcome to HP Forums. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

I have gone through your Post and I will try my best to help

Have you attempted the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the previous post?

I suggest you uninstall the printer driver from Root level and download the Latest Full Feature Software and Firmware.

The Latest Full Feature Software and Firmware was releases on 3rd Aug'18 and 31st Jul'18 respectively

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Restart the computer and download the Full Feature Software from Here and follow the onscreen Instructions

If the issue persists, uninstall the printer driver once again and create a new User Account. Log in the new User Account and download the Full Feature Software

Also try these steps to turn off the UAC from control Panel

Open User Account Control Settings by clicking the Start button and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type uac, and then click Change User Account Control settings.

To turn off UAC, move the slider to the Never notify position, and then click OK.

If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. You will need to restart your computer for UAC to be turned off.

Please perform all these steps patiently and let me know how it goes 👍

Thank you and have a wonderful weekend 😊
