I just bought a new omen gaming PC but when I power it on it says:
"boot divice not found
please install an operating system on your hard disk
Hard disk - (3F0)"
And when I do a diagnosis it says "no hard drive installed. Please check that the power and data cables are connected property."
I tried turning it on and off but I can't seem to find out what is wrong with it.
From the information you posted, it appears the hard drive is completely dead, needs to be replaced, and the operating system reinstalled.
You can open it up (if there is no sticker saying you will void the warranty if you do), and check to make sure the power and data cables are firmly connected to the hard drive and motherboard.
If you can return the PC from where you bought it, return it.
If not, and the PC is under warranty, contact HP technical support for assistance to get the hard drive replaced under the warranty.
