I bought my laptop less than a year ago, and barely used it since. Still, recently it is being impossible to complete a video call without any audio issues.
Suddenly the voice from the other side sounds like a robot and it is impossible to understand what the others are saying. Whenever that happens, it continues on and off for the rest of the conversation. To sort it out I have to use an external speaker, and then I do not have more issues with the audio, that is why I think that the problem is at the laptop own speakers.
I am still in the warranty period. How can I claim this issue so it gets repair?
