Headphone jack

@Muhib1

Thank you for joining HP Forums.}

I'll be glad to help you :)

As I understand the headphone jack isn't working,

Don't worry, though, as I have a few steps to help resolve your concern:

That said, I would like to ask some questions to narrow down some possibilities;

1. How are you connecting the headphones USB? or 35mm head phone jack?
2. What have you tried as an audio source? is it MP3, video or something else?
3. Also, what is your operating system? Win 7, Win 8 or something else?

In the meantime, Click here and try the steps mentioned to resolve your concern.

(Though the header/title may be different, the steps will help resolve your concern with win10 as well).

Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,

It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.
