One Headphone Lower Volume Than Other

HP ENVY TouchSmart Sleekbook 4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having trouble with my sound. My left headphone works just fine, but my right headphone has a decreased volume that I can't seem to fix. I know there isn't a problem with the headphones themselves I've tried them with other devices and they work just fine. I have already followed all of the steps in the forum titled--

HP PCs - Resolving Headphones and Headset Problems (Windows 8)

and I continue to have the same problems. I have also tried to solve problems with my USB and that hasn't worked either. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks
