HP Probook 455 G1 - Not turning on, charging light blinking (white)

HP Recommended
HP Probook 455 G1
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an HP ProBook 455 G1 that won't start / boot.

All of a sudden, the light next to the power cable was blinking white.  The laptop wouldn't turn on - no lights, no display, no fan activity.

I have tried the recommended hard reset solution already where everything is disconnected, including the battery, and the power button is held for 40 seconds.  This solution does not solve the problem I'm experiencing with this laptop.

I've been troubleshooting it for a few days have had no luck. Through reading fourms, some people had similar issue and solved it by disconnecting and reconnecting the keyboard. I have tried this and still no luck.

I have changed out the following;

Memory, Harddrive, Charger, Battery.

Still no luck.

If you know anything that I could try or anything that would help, please let me know.

Many thanks
