Please help me...

Hello Vruben,

We'll surely try our best to help but unfortunately, the code posted is in the wrong format and there is an alphanumeric missing.

The Failure IDs are listed in 4 sets of 6 alphanumerics but the second set only has 5.

Awaiting your response,

Eddy

Hello Vruben,

Failure ID PQFRAF-7G4936-MFPV7F-60R803 translates to Failure Code 303 or Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure. This means that the hard drive has failed or is in a state of imminent failure.

Please back up all important files. If you are unable to do so, you can use a USB to SATA adapter to access your files after retrieving the hard drive from the computer.

If you are under warranty, contact support.

Contact HP Worldwide here.

Check warranty status here.

Otherwise, you must replace the drive yourself. Any 2.5" hard drive will work. (Toshiba, WD, Sandisk, Seagate) However, I do recommend purchasing an SSD which is advantageous in every form compared to a conventional hard disk.

Recommended SSD here.

Steps to replacement are located on pages 44-46 of your computer's Maintenance and Service Guide

Hope this answers your question,

Eddy
