Recovery manager problem

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I'm in trouble. So I wanted to factory reset my Windows 10. When I die that there was an error and my pc went into à reboot cycle. I tried to troubleshoot it nut it would say there was an error when I would refresh and I needed a disk to restore to factory settings. It would stay in à boot cycle of I turned it on and off. Then I tried the recovery manager. Now it says restoration incomplete, even if I retry and the save log wont work either. I updated my pc to Windows 10. So if the recovery does work it Will go back to Windows 8.1 and I don't want that either. Whenever I turn of and turn on my pc now itll go back to the recovery manager and it Will give the same error. Someone help me please

Hi @SamiImad,

In order to  better assist you, can you provide the product number of your laptop?

Looking forward to your reply!
