factory setting of hp stream 13 notebook

Product Name: hp stream 13 notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

i have error in my recovery usb media when i want to restore my laptop to factory setting.

i want to sell my laptop and hence like to wipe out the laptop and put it back to its original factory setting.

 

the recovery usb media i created is not able to do boot the system (Or whatever..i think the usb is corrupted)

 

can anyone help pls
