I had a virus and had to replace my hard drive

Provilion Dv 2000
Microsoft Windows XP

I got a new  hard drive, but when i try to start it  with the cd drive,  it keeps saying no drivers were found. Make sure that the installtion media contains the correct drives? I'm at total lost. It wont even download the windws? It stops. Please help, thank you, jeanan

You need to use the installation media that it was delivered with or a Windows XP installation disk.

Can you explain the statement below that you made for me? I have no idea as to what you mean.
