scanning will not go to my email address, trying to have printer send me new pin but it doesn't go to my email
The tech support site sucks---NO live chat.

I have a HP 8710 and a HP 7720 both of them stopped sending scans to email. I have tried to reinstall and now the email with the new pin number will not come through. There seems to be others with the same problem starting yesterday, what is going on with HP????? I cannot run my business!

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to scan to email.
I am sending you a private message. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
They will contact you shortly and likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
