Many of us, myself included, take our wireless access for granted, and when it isn't working for some reason, it is an enormous inconvenience!
This topic has actually been around since September. Several different members have received assistance with similar wireless issues following new Windows 7 installations. Today, I'd like to share how Daniel_Potyrala helped out flashback, beginning with this post.
Daniel_Potyrala, using very clear directions, screenshots, and links, was able to swiftly diagnose flashback's problem, and provide detailed steps to solve the issue. The entire dialogue only took a couple of hours, and the original poster was able to successfully get back online using wireless! Way to go, Daniel_Potyrala, for solving this customer's problem so quickly!
