HP USB-C Dock G5
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello every one,

We have purchased hp's G5 dock stations for our company. Our company has laptops from HP, ASUS, Lenovo and other brands. Unfortunately, we have various problems with all other laptops except HP. Two monitors are connected to each computer, and from time to time one of the monitors becomes unusable. Some computers have problems with the Internet adapter. Some have a monitor, but they have the same problem. It only helps to remove the usb-c from the laptop and install it. This reduces the quality of work. Complaints are constantly coming from employees. We have also implemented firmware and network updates on HP's official website, but to no avail. Is there any way out of this problem? In addition, we have a Dell Dock station, which works with any equipment without any problems.

Hello

I've nothing to say about the monitors, they should work.

about network disconnection , disable Power management in properties of Realtek USB Gbe Driver, via Device Manager.

Thanks, I will try your suggestion but my main problem is the displays because I can connect the ethernet cable directly to the laptop but I don't have two display ports on laptops
