Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi all !

since some times I can't connect any pc to HP USB C G5.

I mean, I can have network but no external dysplay, no battery charge !

I tried to upgrade firmware and drivers to latest version but it did noty work better !

Any idea ?

I use different models of laptop from HP ProBook 450 G7 to HP 250 G8.

Hello

 

USB-C Dock G5 should provide power-in and support external display with 450 G7, not with 250 G8.

 

it should work, with Probook 450 G7, without add any driver to Windows 10.

I can't imagine something that should block DisplayPort and battery charge to a Probook  450 G7.
