Can i add RAM card or graphics card or SSD card on my pc

The specs of your machine is

1. RAM: it has 4GB on slot 1 now. Yes, you can upgrade to 16GB

 

     (a) To 8GB: add 4GB to slot 2

     (b) To 12GB: add 8GB to slot 2

     (c) To 16GB: install 8GB on each slot.

 

2. For graphics card: No, you can't. Actually we can't upgrade graphics cards on nearly all consumer laptops/notebooks.

 

3. SSD: You can add M.2 NVMe SSD to your machine using Crucial P1 nor Samsung 970 EVO series.
