Unable to Boot Linux after BIOS update 01.03.01

HP EliteBook 735 G5
Linux

After updating BIOS from 01.00.04 to 01.03.01 Linux does not boot anymore.

Kernel 4.18.9 and also latest  4.19 get stuck on "Loading intital ramdisk" (see screenshot)

I also resetted all BIOS settings to default, unplugged all cables etc without success.

Thanks for your help!Added Kernel Parameter acpi=off debugAdded Kernel Parameter acpi=off debugBooting latest kernelBooting latest kernel

I would check the BIOS settings, including SecureBoot, it should probably be disabled for Linux

I work for HP. However, all opinions and comments are my own.
