Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ed0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

As I have checked the warrantee on my laptop, shows a registration date of 8/6/2022 and an expiration date of 12/7/2022.  This is only 4 months.  Please advise of correction on this matter.

Hi:

 

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

 

So, the longer the PC remains unsold, the less time remains on the warranty.

 

You can have the warranty start and end dates adjusted by one of two methods:

 

1. Submit an online warranty dispute form.

2. Contact HP customer support and work with a customer services rep to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.
