battery failure and unable to contact support

zbook 14 g2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP zbook 14 g2 with Serial number:[edit] Product number:K7W44PA and my battery after 60 cycles only is suddenly not working and I got the error as the snap attached

I have been trying to call the phone number provided for a long time but it is unavailable all the time and i am really frustrated considering that nearest service center is far away from me.

Hi,

 

Based on the screenshot, your battery is 2.7 years old and it's about time to replace it. You can purchase the battery on your own without the need of a service center or technician. It may be shipped to you directly from HP Parts store or from another tech store and you will not need to leave the comfort of your office or home.

But my battery have done 60 cycles only and it is still I warranty , so I want to contact hp to get replacement through the warranty but I can't get a valid contact

I just checked the code of the test posted in the screenshot and I can confirm that your PC is indeed with active warranty. However, I am not sure this warranty covers battery, as well. You should check this with HP and also your warranty/purchase documents.
