HP Spectre Pro x360 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is there a way to change the F1-F12 keys opposite to the normal way, "F1" direct active without pressing "fn" Key?

I found in the post a solution to make a permanent change in the BIOS:

But this solution is not sactifactory because of two reasons:
1.  Many companies do not alow access BIOS because of IT security reasons. we can't even write to C: drive.

2. There are just sertain applications, where I have to use often F1-F12 keys. In other times I am happy with the regular keeboard configuration to handle media function, airplain mode etc.

I hardly recommend hp to provide a customer friendly solution for this problem, as BIOS recommendation ist not satisfactory  for a 1700 $ premium notebook.
