Is it possible to audit the serial numbers of the monitors connected to a Linux based thin client such as the T530 or the T630 running ThinPro 7,

I have enabled SSH on the thin clients to grab the serial numbers of the thin clients into our audit software. I have obtained all the required information about the thin client device but not the make, model and serial numbers of the monitors connected to them.

If I use the Linux command “dmidecode -t system” I get everything except the monitor information. I was hoping to automate the audit process as we have mostly thin clients and a few PC’s luckily the PC’s can be audited remotely.

HP Device doesn’t help either and doesn’t even  advise on the number of connected monitors.
