do you have any addin pci-e/pci cards installed? if so remove them and boot,

you should have a cpu with embedded video, if so remove and addin video card also, if not remove card and note if beep sequence changes

if no change your motherboard has most likely failed

I buyed a new cpu it has no inbuild graphics card put it in I have no normal graphics card in but know it only says no signal and the fans go max speed it doesn't turn off anymore

did the problem start BEFORE you put in the new cpu or after?

After but I putted in the old one and now it boots and goes to windows startup but the fans are at max speed still and then goes off and has again 10 beeps and 2 times each

what model computer is this?

you can try a "FULL" cmos reset by powering off, removing power cord then pressing the power button for 10 sec then remove the cover and press the cmos reset button for 5 sec (or remove the cmos battery )

then if necessary replace the cmos battery (if removed)

replace the cover connect power cord and power on and enter bios AND ONLY SET THE TIME/DATE save settings and reboot again

Already tried
