T520
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

We have ~100 T520 thin clients that connect to a Terminal Services environment.  The TS environment consists of Windows 2008R2 and 2016 servers.  These TS servers have a mix of RDP clients connecting, Wyse thin clients, Computer Clients, and these T520 clients.

The wyse and computer clients are not experiencing any issues.

The T520 clients are never "Idle" as reported by ALL TS Servers.  Since these clients are never idle, the windows group policy to log off idle machines never engages, causing these clients to be connected indefinitely.

Is there an application, settings, or service that prevents these connections from going idle?
