Product: T630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 Hi

We got a T630 thin client that completely freezes  from time to time it can go several months between, but when it freezes it totaly freezes and no input are available and switch off / switch on the power are possible  , we use it  for to RDP to an virtual machine.

 

It runs the Standard HP WIndows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB image it was delivered with.

 

SInce the freeze happens so seldom it are difficult to find out what can be wrong.I found no strange things in the Server log for the RDP connection.

 

Tryied with another T630 and the same happens, seems nothing strange with the VM it connects to or the logs in the VM.
