under windows 10 this might be doable as the os has much better native support for dual video cards in non SLI mode

for windows 7, i think not as dual video card support like you propose is mostly done through specal programs/software drivers that were designed from the ground up to do this i don't think you will be able to do this without some major issues limatations but as i said it's a crap shoot so you might find it works for you if you don't need it to work for everything
