unable to get into BIOS or graphicscard to Works after insidently activating PCIE performance mode

IS there a possibility to reset BIOS to The factory settings. Im 100% confident about The problem IS due to activating The PCIE performance mode from BIOS . Now not able to get any picture output from GPU and The backlight flashes red!!

IS lashong The BIOS only solution to this problem??
